Welcome to my private practice website.
I am a clinical social worker licensed in 17 states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming). I am also Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Practitioner and a qualified teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
I collaboratively select evidence based treatment strategies to use with my clients, drawing from my training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy), Gottman strategies, and Mindfulness. I work with children, teens, and adults of all ages to optimize well being and reduce suffering.
